Hi,

It seems that we are currently moving our XMP data verbatim into
exported files, even thought most of the data in that XMP has no added
value for exported files.

It would make sense to clean this up to some extent. And I've been
doing an attempt at this, and my code does compile, however it doesn't
seem to be having any effect.

I'm guessing it has to do with the xmpData pointer, but I'm not sure.
Does anybody have a little more experience with this?

Do note, I don't want to drop XMP entirely, as there are a few useful
fields for exported files, like:

Xmp.xmp.Rating XmpText 1 1
Xmp.xmpMM.DerivedFrom XmpText 12 SAM_1318.SRW
Xmp.darktable.colorlabels XmpSeq 0
Xmp.darktable.history_operation XmpBag 2 sharpen, basecurve
Xmp.dc.subject XmpBag 0
Xmp.lr.hierarchicalSubject XmpSeq 0

Regards,
Pascal de Bruijn
