The last time I played a goverment lottery I didn't win the
green suit or the all-expenses paid 2-year vacation in 
exciting tropical Southeast Asia, or even the 
3rd-prize government health care physical exam.
Haven't trusted them to run a fair game since :-)

This time, the stakes are a bit lower, but what are the odds
that they can correlate *your* personal data with
other trivia they've got lying around, like your
driver's license, property taxes, income taxes, INS forms,
passports, Post Office Competitor User Permission Slip, etc.?


Besides, this time they're going for much more basic greed.
