Update: If I reinstall cygwin in my former location C:\work\cygwin, it seems to install correctly. However, this doesn't solve by problem, as I'm still unable to install it at C:\cygwin. Does anyone have any idea where it could be getting the old path after I completely delete the folder and run setup.exe again?
