What's the output of 'cygcheck /usr/bin/convert.exe'? Does it indicate
any missing DLLs? If answering those questions doesn't solve the
problem, please run 'cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out' and include that
file *as an attachment*, as requested here:
