Same problems as for most perl users here.
You try to compile an extension with gcc-3, but you need gcc-4.
ExtUtils::CBuilder is not really a XS extension, so you get diffeent
errors as most others, but ExtUtils::CBuilder is a tool to build XS
extensions so you also need the current gcc, which is gcc-4.
