I've orphaned and then removed the following packages:
-biosig Alois Schloegl
-VirtualGL D. R. Commander
The maintainers of which have been inactive for a long time, and didn't
respond to my attempts to contact them.
I have also removed Eric Blake's inactive co-maintainerships, and after
discussion, orphaned his remaining packages:
