After improving the tool I've been using, so it can better spot inactive co-maintainers, I've removed the following co-maintainerships:

-cmake Tony Kelman/Marco Atzeri/Lemures Lemniscati
+cmake Marco Atzeri/Lemures Lemniscati
-gengetopt Rafel Amer/Brian Inglis
+gengetopt Brian Inglis
-man-db Chris J. Breisch/Achim Gratz
+man-db Achim Gratz
-nccmp Remik Ziemlinski/Marco Atzeri
+nccmp Marco Atzeri
-python-docutils Tony Kelman/Marco Atzeri
+python-docutils Marco Atzeri
-python-h5py Chris LeBlanc/Marco Atzeri
+python-h5py Marco Atzeri
-python-jinja2 Tony Kelman/Marco Atzeri
+python-jinja2 Marco Atzeri
-python-sphinx Tony Kelman/Marco Atzeri
+python-sphinx Marco Atzeri

All of whom have been inactive for a long time, and didn't respond to attempts to contact them. In the majority of cases, these should probably been dropped years ago as unresponsive, rather than kept on as co-maintainers.

Additionally, I have orphaned the following package:

p7zip Tony Kelman

Consequently, these maintainers' (long unused) ssh keys are also disabled.

7z is occasionally useful, so I don't think it is an immediate candidate for removal.
