Well, Jon wanted changes and I haven't had time to implement them. You
can always get it from https://repo.or.cz/w/cygport/rpm-style.git if you
don't mind that it's not upstreamed yet.

I am using regularly without any drawback.
I was hoping that also scallywag started to use it.
It will short a lot some of the large builds, so maybe
they will remain below the 6 hours timeout
