The /var/lib/rebase/dynpath.d/octave file covers the path /usr/lib/octave/site. I don't know octave but that doesn't look overly wrong to me to allow rebasing user-installed DLLs. > I need to look at the R as I am less familiar with it. /var/lib/rebase/dynpath.d/R covers /usr/lib/R/site-library.
