That's how it'll be done if the package doesn't get the required votes. In this case the present packaging would be fine, ie. it would go under /usr/local. The downside of this would be that users will have to satisfy the dependencies by theirselves -- not a big trouble when compared with having to compile the software. Got a good "D'OH" moment out of Corinnas remark -- will fix the packaging ASAP. -- jussi
