Why should he have to do that? Maintainers have to monitor the cygwin list for bug reports so there is no need to cc cygwin-apps. In fact, please *do not* do this since this list has posting restrictions. Cc'ing between an "open" and "semi-closed" list is going to cause confusion. cgf
