I would assume if you're working on a branch then you'd have the source repo set to that branch. In that case, running ./sync-all would pull down the latest version of your branch. I also imagine we'd want a validate flag --no-sync just like the --no-clean for development purposes. I'm mainly concerned about making the common process more robust.
