Updated http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1521956&group_id=649&atid=300649 with a new patch. This permanently fixes the "buttons off by 24" problem by correcting offsets in dinputdefs.h file. Can someone put this into SVN?
