one person's bug is another person's feature. One thing I did not like about SourceForge was the silos separation between bug tracker, feature request tracker, and patch tracker. I think that Canonical is making a mistake by calling it a bug tracker when in fact it is an issue tracker, but this is just semantic. When cleaning up the cruft migrated from SourceForge to Launchpad, one of the things that I found was that we had ignored the feature request tracker more than we had ignored the bug tracker, resulting in even more stale / outdated ticket that cluttered the view over the really interesting ones. Overall I am happy with Launchpad as a tool, but obviously the tool is only one part of the story and I need to think how to keep the data inside it alive and relevant. Yuv
