Please try the latest "nagios-plugins-1.3.0-0.beta2.5mdk" with your patch
attached. BTW. There are numerous other patches here:

Regarding requirements, sure I could make 100 sub packages each requiring
exactly what's needed, but I'm lazy. Nagios is meant to be used as a Systems
Management Node, and this node needs a lot of tools. You would be surprised if
you ever had fiddled with CA Unicenter TNG.

I don't know, but I suspect it has to do with recent MySQL changes. If MySQL
v4.x is due to 9.1 I belive many packages has to be rebuilt against it.
