You know, "Linux people" always like to say to not reboot because it's Linux
and not Windows, but when "new"guys (and in Linux I always feel new because
there is a lot to it) like myself are not sure what process needs to be
stopped and restarted, rebooting sometimes really does the trick. In
Mandrake 7.0, after following these noted steps, the wheel mouse did not
function until reboot.
