Unfortunately, you are mistaken. The Change Log mailing list
announces only the release of source. It has NOTHING directly to do
with the contents of Cooker. That latter process is not transparent
and the related methodologies, procedures, and policies have never
been announced.
Both update 7.1 Cookers have included major updates to DrakX which
have never appeared in the Change Log, possibly because, in these
days of Open Source, the installer source is not available.
