Todd, given that we are making other changes that break wire compatibility, I
would like to make this change since it keeps things cleaner and consistent
with the rpc response header and makes minimizing buffer copies simpler;
Devraj has noted above that he is doing the same for HBase rpc.
In light of that I am posting a patch for moving the rpc msg out of the header.
