Thanks [~elek] for the quick response.
I guess there is some problem in the linking of the repo For the precommit jobs
too.
They are failing with ::

stderr: fatal: unable to access
'https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop.git/': Failed to connect to
gitbox.apache.org port 443: Connection timed out

I see this particularly for build on H4
