I updated all the jenkins jobs under the hadoop view and ozone view:

Except the beam_PerformanceTests_* jobs.
I updated only the git urls at the beginning of the jenkins jobs.
I started a new trunk build:

It's in progress but seems to be working.
And reuploaded the patch of HADOOP-15996 to get a precommit result.
