So all of my attempts at automated testing of this raised a separate issue: we
modify the configuration used to create the S3AFileSystem instance to use
NullMetadataStore (so that we have a clean distinction between S3 and the
MetadataStore), but that configuration can then leak back into the
metadatastore. I don't know why that only happens when running S3GuardTool.run
from a test instead of the command-line, but it certainly seems to. Trying to
untangle that is turning into quite a significant refactor, so I think that
should be address separately from the relatively simple addition of
GenericOptionsParser...
