Tweaking the way commons-beanutils is declared in the POM, otherwise it's
missing in the classpath for a lot of tests. I think it's really a dependency
to use this, not just to run the tests, but isn't found at compile-time.
All tests definitely passing locally (except those failing before anyway), and
I've done some manual testing to be sure.
