To clarify, I'm going to do the refactoring thing for the native bundling
script in {{hadoop-project-dist/pom.xml}} in this issue along with the tasks
described here, and do the similar refactoring for {{hadoop-dist/pom.xml}}
separately in another issue because it's a different thing.
