this is a MINOR PR, mostly the result of automatic refactoring tools from IntelliJ. this will help set up an additional refactor as part of #9711 where we will split `MetadataBlock` into two separate blocks that don't implement `BaseDataBlock`: `MetadataBlock` and `SignalBlock`, both of which will have their data encoded in JSON instead of the custom pinot format. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
