   After trying in IntelliJ with source, there are some discrepancy between the 
Helix source code tags and the actual artifacts release.
   Simply put, the folks in Helix made a mistake in the released artifact of 
`0.9.9` build, and the `0.9.10` is the actual one containing fixes.
