@somandal When the UI/UX use of this is out, the API will be expected to used by the UI mainly, we can then deprecate the old usage. Is this fair? Also I did not find any case that deprecate the parameter of an API endpoint in pinot, may have to do more learning to do deprecation correctly, but I want to move on to other stuff to get UI/UX ready first. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
