   Remember that correlation id can be set by customers and therefore we cannot 
assume correlation ids are unique. Therefore, we need to think what would 
happen if two queries share the correlation id. I understand that their 
resource usage will be combined, so the will be treated as a single, 
double-expensive query, which AFAIU is fine. Am I right?
