this one that test against `ARRAY<COMPLEX<json>>` case, I think we can have
more test coverage for the complex arrays:
1. empty array constant
2. JSON path in JSON_QUERY_ARRAY references a non-exist path
3. a `ARRAY<ARRAY<COMPLEX<json>>>` case
