Issue Number: Part of #48203
Add BE execution support for `ord(string)` and its `unicode` alias.
The function returns the first Unicode code point as INT, propagates
NULL, and returns -1 for empty strings or malformed leading UTF-8.
The implementation reuses the existing string-to-number function
template and ICU decoder, writing directly into the output column.
### Release note
None yet. The function is not exposed through the SQL frontend.
