补充两处非阻塞的日志退化，基于当前 head `0acefb7`：
1. `ExternalCatalog.makeSureInitialized()` 第 361 行，以及
`getDbNamesOrEmpty()`、`getDbNullable()`、数据库存在性检查和
`CatalogIf.getDbNamesOrEmpty()` 的新分支，在没有 `DiagnosticException` 时只打印通用提示，删掉了原来的
Throwable。这样 Hive、Iceberg 等普通 catalog 异常会丢失这些日志中的原因和堆栈；部分 catch
随后返回空列表/null，异常被吞掉后也无法从下游补回证据。建议统一为：有诊断策略时打印脱敏后的完整堆栈，没有策略时保留原来的异常日志。JDBC
脱敏不应顺带降低其他连接器的可观测性。可以在公共诊断工具中统一这个选择，避免各个 catch 重复分支。
2. `JdbcDataSource` 第 104 行把清理失败日志改成了单独的 `LOG.warn("failed to cleanup jdbc
data
source")`，清理失败时完全看不到异常类型和位置。建议保留基于清理目标策略的脱敏诊断；如果暂时取不到凭据策略，至少保留异常类型和不包含原始消息的堆栈位置，不要直接恢复可能含密码的原始
Throwable。
这两处没有改变原来的 catch/返回/清理操作，本身不会新增错误结果、崩溃或资源泄漏，主要影响故障定位。
