Fixed in 182ef43447a. Legacy mode-2 DROP DATABASE replay now opens a catalog
row-count fence, invalidates the database names snapshot, and then retires the
ambiguous object generation and routed caches. The opening fence prevents a new
name from becoming visible with an old count during the transition.
CatalogMgrTest uses a populated real names cache and verifies that replay
reloads an empty remote list instead of continuing to expose Foo. The 176
focused FE tests and full FE build pass.
