Review Comment:
   These four mappings are small (a few MiB), read-only, file-backed (clean, 
kernel-reclaimable pages) and loaded once per process, the same shape and 
lifetime as the IK/ICU/Chinese analyzer dictionaries, none of which register 
with a MemTracker or CacheManager.
   
   So CacheManager eviction isn't meaningful here; I'd rather keep it 
consistent with the sibling analyzers than special-case kuromoji,
