`camel-salesforce` is still a module in `components/pom.xml` on `main`. This
deletion is a regeneration artifact from a partial build (the salesforce module
wasn't compiled). Merging this would make
`DefaultCamelCatalog.findComponentNames()` stop listing salesforce.
Revert this file — the PR should only touch `.adoc` files and the
`UpdateReadmeMojo.java` source.
