I have un-checked in install rules. Please wait until next week when I
am back to add the install rules. Also, because of the GPL, only people
with a commercial license to QT will be allowed to contribute to the Qt
dialog.
Looks like I was too slow with the email....
Anyway, the GPL stuff still stands.
