Nice! I think we might be able to use this in a few places in emscripten, to avoid jumping through JS. Kind of interesting that this only takes a single argument.. intuitively I would expect two, but I guess this makes sense. Would the name `__builtin_wasm_test_function_pointer_type` also make sense?
