Who blacklists this extension?

Why do you believe that there is a problem in the inf files?
A typical known reason for the problem you describe is that you are using a
CD-writer that was made by Lite-ON. The firmware partially creates a
decrementing real time in the sub-channels when writing in session at one mode.
A workaround is to write the CD in RAW mode by specifying "-raw96r" as write
mode to cdrecord.
BTW: the documented best way to extract the CD is to call:
cdda2wav paraopts=proof -vall cddb=0 -B
You may use cddb=1 in case you expect multiple cddb resulty and like to
manually select the right one.
