I'd guess so. That'll help dejittering as well, since I don't think
you can transfer RTP packet timestamps to IAX2 packets

'custom
headers' in iax2. i don't think custom headers are supported by
default,
though, but if not, there's a patch out there (IIRC at
bugs.digium.com)
