Dear Sudhanshu, I've been looking at tasks for in terms of potential doability and your strong point. I propose something completely new, yet useful: Import Tables from OpenOffice/LibreOffice Base (ODB files) to Kexi.
This task involved research on ODB format (it's relatively openly defined). Qt/C++ shall be used for the task, not any Java engine (HSQL db). See http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/FAQ_(Base) for a start. In GUI the feature shall be put in the same place as the import from MDB: External Data -> Import Tables -> Table Importing Wizard. Then user would see .odb support in the open file dialog. This could be introduction to later development of complete database import. If this is interesting for you I would define the scope and details to help you as much as I can. > On Mon, Aug 12, 2013 at 4:41 PM, sudhanshu goyal > <sudhanshugoyal...@gmail.com> wrote: >> >> Subject: Interest in Season of KDE >> >> Hi, >> Thanks a lot for replying.
