I am indeed looking into developing on windows, since my virtualbox linux guest isn't really stable. The first step for developing on windows was to have it at least compile. I have the project compiling. However only with a limited set of the optional dependencies. A lot of these are actually not provided as kde-on-windows emerge scripts. Krita and Kexi are the main applications hit by the missing dependencies (these are also the ones requirering the most of them).
