BDS 4.0 is not the Borland C++ Builder 5 mentioned earlier. Seems like that
compiler version is not supported by the Xerces-C++ 3.1.2.
You can try to add an appropriate header file (see help on memcpy function in
your BDS) into the Xerces_autoconf_config.borland.hpp.
