Yes what you is correct because `-k` is per BSP and not across BSPs. An error 
in a BSP is not ignored at the end of the processing of a BSPs and `waf` exits 
with a fatal error.

I checked and found the same behavior this with gcc-13 by breaking the code in 
a file.
