OK. But there isn't anything in the environment that is tripping this. Take any 
two BSPs and put them in a config.ini file. Put an error in the first one that 
builds and the second will not be attempted. This cannot happen with gcc 13 
because no BSPs fail to build with gcc 13. But some do with gcc 14. Just put 
some garbage in a BSP specific file and try it.

Note: I have no idea if the first entry in the ini file is built first or if 
they are sorted. I put arm before sparc.
