When i apply this diff to -current, i can successfully run an associate + tcpbench 30 second speed test loop for around 30 minutes and the machine no longer panics, previously it would trigger almost immediately. However, with this diff applied (did not test vanilla -current) associations often time out for the client, and when it does successfully associate (about 50% of the time) pings are above 400ms and speeds jump between 0 and 2mbit very erratically (this also occurs in 802.11g ap mode) This did not occur in 6.4-stable without your patch applied, I can test -current without your patch too, if you are interested in the results.
