Until September 2023 LilyPond used the ancient `texi2html` version
1.82 – maybe it worked with that script. However, it is not worth the
time to investigate this further.
It seems that there are not many Catalan Texinfo documents, otherwise
the problem would have been detected earlier, I guess...
