Update of bug #16132 (project make): Status: Works for me => Not A Bug Open/Closed: Open => Closed
_______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #22: I looked at README.W32 and this already seems pretty well documented there; at least I couldn't think of anything to add to the existing comments. It already tells you to define HAVE_CYGWIN_SHELL if you want to use Cygwin sh.exe, and to not define both HAVE_CYGWIN_SHELL and BATCH_MODE_ONLY_SHELL. And in fact, there are guards in config.h.W32 that will cause the compilation to fail if both are defined. I'm closing this bug. If someone discovers why "echo" is handled specially and wants to change that handling please open a new bug or provide a patch (with explanation). _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=16132> _______________________________________________ Message sent via/by Savannah http://savannah.gnu.org/ _______________________________________________ Bug-make mailing list Bug-make@gnu.org http://lists.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/bug-make
