[PATCH 3/7] ext2fs: fix diskfs_pager_users

This fixes a bug introduced in 86122789.

* ext2fs/pager.c (diskfs_pager_users): We count file_pager_bucket,
which does not include the disk pagers.  Fix condition accordingly.
