Getting rid of libhurdbugaddr?

Me neither (perhaps memory savings in the old days where 512 KiB of RAM
was about to become insufficient? ;-)), and I think it would make sense
to remove it.

However, I wonder if it would break software “out there”.  The Debian
people probably have some insight on this.
