I think it has to be accepted that while it is possible to write in and
improve your own language, the only viable way when it comes to
contributing to the scientific community is in english.  This may be
less important for this work (but much more so in terms of practical
usefulness to the technical Hurd community, as Olaf pointed out), but
the more you write, the more important it will be that it can be peer
reviewed by non-swedish readers as well.

Thus, I would advise you to write this in english even if your english
is not perfect and it will take longer; it will certainly be fruitful
for the inevitable further publications from you in english, and the
sooner you become familiar with writing scientific publications in
english, the better for your scientific output, I think.
