Shouldn't they get applied on glibc-2_3-branch as well or do you only care to have HEAD compiling / running on GNU/Hurd?
I try to take care of both so that they run and compile on GNU/Hurd. But HEAD gets a bit more love from me. If something is missing from glibc-2_3-branch, then it is a bug. Alfred, what are your "other fixes"? Anything important for me to know? Nope, nothing that I know of, feel free to report any abnormal things.
