I got biosrc again, pretty good. one problem is zeptodb/Makefile and others in tools/ and maybe others:
Makefile says: include ../../../gar/gar.lib/info.mk include ../../../gar/gar.lib/auto.mk Doesn't work. Has to be: include ../../../gar/gar.lib/auto.mk include ../../../gar/gar.lib/info.mk Also, I see you are interested in mass spectroscopy. Don't forget http://massxpert.org/wiki/ massxpert looks good , (for the right audience)
